Tending to her promotional duties in the Land Down Under, Nicole Richie was quite the busy lady in Sydney, Australia on Thursday (June 17).
After dropping by the Sydney Theatre, the former “Simple Life” star headed off to officially open the new look Mid City Centre Pitt St. Mall.
Talking with a large crowd of her adoring fans at the event, Nicole told of her stylish ways, “I just like to have fun with fashion and I like to dress up and it really just depends on what mood I’m in.”
Miss Richie added, “Fashion is something you really can have fun with and it’s something you can play with … it’s what I do and encourage other people to do the same.”

Victoria Beckham: Sports Centre Stylish

She’s flying solo while her husband David is in South Africa for the World Cup, and Victoria Beckham isn’t having any trouble staying busy.
The former Spice Girl was spotted hanging out at the Westway Sports Centre in London, England earlier today.
In related news, Victoria will be lending her voice to the new SpongeBob Squarepants special called “The Clash of Triton” to air on Nickelodeon on July 5th.
Of the project, Beckham stated, “I was so thrilled when I was asked to be a part of SpongeBob as my children love the show. When I told the boys that I was going to be on the show, they were so excited! I had such a great time recording the voice of Queen Amphitrite. How fun to be a Queen for a day! We are all looking forward to watching it together.”

State Rep. Scott Conklin, D-Rush Township, is one of three Democrats seeking the party’s nomination for lieutenant governor in the May primary, according to an unofficial candidates list from the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Council in plan to close centre
A day centre used by scores of people in Bloxwich is set to close within the next 18 months, it emerged today. Pinfold Rehabilitation Centre, used for physiotherapy and by voluntary groups, has been earmarked to shut. It is looking to relocate users to the Goscote Centre and the Stan Ball Centre.
