Kellan Lutz: Hit-And-Run Details

Earlier this summer he was hit by a car and the driver took off, and Kellan Lutz’s assailant is still at large.
The “New Moon” hunk was working on the set of his movie “Immortals” when the incident occurred and Lutz says he’s worried for his own safety because the culprit still hasn’t been nabbed by Canadian police.
Paparazzo Richard Fedyck is thought to be the driver of the car, though he’s still yet to submit his driver’s license to the Montreal police.
In a press statement, Fedyck said he indeed witnessed the incident, but he wasn’t the driver and hadn’t been contacted by the authorities.

Paris Hilton’s Legal Woes: All of the Details

In the aftermath of her Las Vegas arrest over the weekend, Paris Hilton could be in some serious trouble with the law.
The “Stars are Blind” songstress is looking at some jail time if she is convicted on felony charges of possession of almost a gram of cocaine.
However, Paris vehemently denies that the drugs were hers, and says the purse she was carrying was borrowed from a friend.
Hilton’s hairdresser Michael Boychuck told press he got a text message from Paris after her arrest. “She just said, ‘This is so unfair it wasn’t mine I don’t do that crap, I’m so upset.’”
But CBS Legal Analyst Lisa Bloom thinks Paris has set herself up for defeat. “She’s told contradictory stories. I’m sure her attorney at this point is saying, ‘Why did you talk at all to the police? You should have invoked your right to remain silent.’ You can’t blame both that it’s not my purse, I didn’t know the cocaine was in there, and I thought it was gum. That is just logically inconsistent. She should have picked one or better yet remained silent. Unfortunately, she didn’t do that. All of these statements can and will be used against her if this goes to trial.”
Bloom continued, stating that Paris’ ‘playing dumb’ defense isn’t going to do her any good. “We have a saying in criminal law: We don’t catch the smart ones. A lot of people who are criminals do a lot of stupid things. But I will say this; the police do have to prove that she knew the cocaine was there. That it was either her cocaine or that she was knowingly carrying it. That’s called mens rea in the criminal law. You have to have knowledge. You have to know it was in there. So if she could prove to a judge or jury if it goes to trial that she didn’t know, it wasn’t hers, it belonged to somebody else, she unknowingly was carrying it, she could have a defense.”
“In the purse that she was carrying, was her prescription medication she concedes, $1,300 which belonged to her. Other items in the purse like lip balm that belonged to her. So it doesn’t really make a lot of sense that the only thing in the purse apparently that didn’t belong to her was this small bindle of cocaine that she didn’t know was there or she thought was gum. That’s not plausible story.”
All in all, Paris could be spending some time in the slammer if the jury finds her guilty. “It’s a minimum of probation out there in Clark County, Nevada, but she has a prior history here in California from 2007 of both a DUI and two probation violations. I think under those circumstances the officials would send her to jail, probably just for a short time, though.”

Taylor Swift’s “Mine” Video: More Details

She’s super excited for fans to see her new “Mine” video, and Taylor Swift put her heart and soul into making it the best it can be.
And the video’s director Roman White sat down with MTV News to discuss everything that went along with shooting the clip.
White explained, “‘Mine’ was a very hard song. The song has a lot of dark elements, but it also has a lot of happy elements. Taylor was extremely involved with this one from the beginning. We had lots of conversations about what it should be and moments and things like that.”
“We shot the video in early July in Maine, and it was insanely hot. The first day we shot at this private estate. They had a private beach and everything, which made shooting a lot easier, because when you go out in public and somebody spots Taylor Swift, I mean, it doesn’t take 15 minutes and there’s a huge crowd.”
“The beach shot we shot was mostly her and Toby [Hemingway] falling in love. It was more kind of walking hand in hand along the coastline, and then later on in the video, we kind of mimic that same beach. But it’s Toby and older Taylor, and older Taylor has shorter hair. That’s pretty much it.”

Angelina Jolie’s New Project Details

She’s made quite a name for herself as an actress and now Angelina Jolie is looking to expand her resume a bit.
The “Changeling” chick is looking to write, produce, and direct a new movie that’s said to be a love story that takes place during the Bosnian War.
Graham King Productions announced, “The film focuses on a Serbian man and a Bosnian woman who meet on the eve of the war and the effect the war has on their relationship.”
Jolie won’t be calling up favors from her high-profile friends to star in the flick, rather she’ll cast form “various ethnicities from the region of the former Yugoslavia.”

Hilary Duff Wedding Pictures and Details

Making for quite the spectacular scene, Hilary Duff tied the knot with Mike Comrie in Montecito, California on Saturday night (August 14).
The “Cheaper By the Dozen” actress wore a gorgeous Vera Wang gown as she said her “I Do’s” with her hockey star beau at a $29 million estate near San Ysidro Ranch.
As for the ceremony, Hilary and Mike welcomed nearly 100 guests while Hilary’s mother, Susan, walked her down the aisle.
With Hil’s sister Haylie serving as maid of honor, attendees were taken aback by the elegant affair, with a witness telling Us magazine, “It was one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve ever seen. Absolutely stunning. They thought of every last detail and it was an incredible sight.”
The nuptials took only 20-minutes while guests were treated to cocktails ahead of the ceremony, with another guest telling People, “Mike held his arm around Hilary for most of the romantic, candlelit ceremony, and they both looked extremely happy.”

Oksana Grigorieva Source Details Mel Gibson Rampage; Says Actor Threatened to Hit Baby Lucia

Did Mel Gibson threaten to hit his own daughter? That’s the latest allegation from her mother and his ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva in their ugly feud.
According to Oksana, Mel said he would “hit” little Lucia, their baby girl, during an explosive blow-up with his ex-lover, saying “‘Take her! I will hit her!”
A February 18 incident was the catalyst for Oksana to walk out on the star, taking their daughter with her. Many, many irate Mel Gibson rants followed.
The day after, Mel supposedly texted her to say he “wasn’t safe for you last night” His nicotine withdrawal may be responsible, in part, for the rampage.
On the 18th, Mel and Oksana gathered in the lush grounds of the actor’s Malibu mansion, for a tree-and-placenta planting ceremony in honor of Lucia.
But what should have been a joyous occasion turned ugly, Oksana says, when Mel became angry, accusing her of “smiling too much” at the gardener.
“Oksana has recounted that Lucia began crying, so she went back inside — and Mel followed her,” a source, familiar with Oksana’s testimony, reveals.
“When they got inside, Mel started ridiculing Okana’s accent … In response, she said she rolled her eyes at Mel, which made him even more angry.”
The source said Grigorieva apologized to an irate Mel and “begged for forgiveness,” but Mel responded that Oksana was always irritated with him.
“Oksana said she told Mel that his comment was she was only irritated when he accused her of smiling at the gardener and made fun of her accent.”
Grigorieva then recalled: “This set off Mel and he flew into a rage.”
In the hours that followed, Mel returned to the house, after leaving for a break, at which point, “Oksana said Mel told her he needed to leave the house again, in order to show her and Lucia what ‘mean’ really is,” said the source.
“He also supposedly told Oksana, in regards to Lucia, ‘Take her! I will hit her. I have got to go,’” and Oksana took him at his word, taking Lucia to one of Mel’s other properties, in Sherman Oaks, Calif. He then started to call.
And call … and call, and call …
Oksana had already accused Gibson of hitting Lucia and bruising her face during on January 6, the same night he allegedly punched her mother.
The 40-year-old Russian beauty was holding the baby when the star supposedly slugged her in the face, causing damage to two of her teeth.
As he did this, he also allegedly hit baby Lucia, bruising her chin. The abuse photos of Oksana surfacing online have been cast doubt upon, however, as she reportedly did not produce them during her mediation sessions with the actor.
Gibson has not been charged with a crime, denies ever assaulting Oksana, and has accused her of trying to extort him for money with the tapes.

New Details On Bam Margera Being Detained In New Zealand!

Bam Margera was ejected from Auckland Airport for being too drunk and obnoxious to fly yesterday, but it may have been due to something else!
A friend has suggested that he was “incapacitated” by “roofies” causing him to miss his flight, but the NZ police confirmed that two “very intoxicated” men were banned from the airport, causing “concerns about letting them fly in that state.”
It’s still unknown whether Bam was on any drugs.
Sounds like some jackass behavior all around!

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens: Details Party Perfection

Always making for the picture perfect couple, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens were side-by-side in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday night (August 10).
All dressed up in matching black outfits, the “High School Musical” lovers were busy partying it up as Zac celebrated the September Issue of Details Magazine at a private residence.
Joining in on the festivities were fellow young stars including Michelle Trachtenberg, David Archuleta, John Cena, Sterling Knight and Rose McGowan.
As for his cover issue, Efron chatted about a number of topics including his admiration for Shia LaBeouf.
He tells, “I’m so jealous of that. Yeah, that’s awesome to not give a sh–. And Shia still pulls it off. That’s so cool. It’s just awesome. It just comes easy to some people.”

Zacquisha Bathes In Details Magazine

Zac Efron’s interview with Details Magazine at West Hollywood’s SoHo House is a fascinating read, and it makes him pretty damn likable!
Who else would talk so candidly about poison oak covering the majority of their body? Here’s what Zac had to say about it:
“I went backpacking over Memorial Day weekend and I just got the worst poison oak, bro. It was my first time getting it. Dude, it’s, like, everywhere. Everywhere. I can’t even begin to show you, ’cause you’ll get so grossed out. I look like a zombie from Dawn of the Dead.”
Zac also spoke about his encounter with Tom Cruise, who approached him at the CAA building and asked him:
“You ride motorcycles?”
When Zac responded “no,” Cruise continued with:

After speaking about his experience with Tom Cruise, Details magazine writer Andrew Goldman accompanied Zacquisha to the luxurious bathroom. Zac had the following to say about a fancy “bidet-like-contraption,” which shampoos your anus:

Zac continued to open up to interviewer Goldman about the ladies:
“Bathe in pussy? Yeah, everyone tells me that. I think a lot of guys would enjoy that. But I’m not really like that.”
